4. Affiliate Program Terms

Commission Structure

Commission rates vary by product and account tier. Current rates are displayed in your dashboard. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.

Attribution and Tracking

Sales are attributed through our tracking cookies with a 30-day attribution window. Commissions are earned when a customer completes a purchase through your affiliate link and the order is not returned or refunded.

Payouts

Payouts are processed weekly. You must provide valid payment information to receive earnings. We may withhold payments pending verification of suspicious activity or compliance with these terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use deceptive or misleading promotional practices
• Engage in click fraud or artificially inflate statistics
• Bid on branded keywords in paid advertising
• Create fake reviews or testimonials
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate TorqueGrid or claim false affiliations
• Use automated bots to generate clicks or sales
• Purchase through your own affiliate links for personal use

6. Content Guidelines

When promoting products through TorqueGrid, you agree to:

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship as required by FTC guidelines
• Make only truthful claims about products
• Not guarantee results or make false promises
• Comply with platform-specific advertising policies
• Not associate TorqueGrid with illegal or adult content

7. Intellectual Property

TorqueGrid and its content, features, and functionality are owned by TorqueGrid and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission. We grant you a limited license to use approved marketing materials for promotional purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you will receive any earned and unpaid commissions, minus any amounts owed to us. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC EARNINGS RESULTS. YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORQUEGRID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSIONS PAID TO YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TorqueGrid, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your promotional activities, or your violation of these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TorqueGrid shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
